  • Program Access & Enrollment

    How do I access my course materials?

    Once enrolled, you'll receive login credentials for our learning platform. All materials are accessible through this platform, organized by module and topic for easy navigation.

    Can I transfer to a different cohort?

    Yes, you can request a cohort transfer up to 7 days before your original cohort's start date. Please contact support with your request, and we'll accommodate based on availability in the desired cohort.

    How long do I have access to the materials?

    You have lifetime access to all course materials, including any updates we make to the curriculum over time. Your login credentials will never expire.

    What if I miss a live workshop?

    All live workshops are recorded and made available in your learning portal within 24 hours. You can watch them at your convenience and still participate in follow-up discussions.

  • Payment & Billing

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and selected digital payment options. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

    Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes, we offer flexible payment plans that allow you to spread the cost over 3 monthly installments with no additional interest. Contact our support team to arrange this option.

    What is your refund policy?

    We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the start of your cohort. If you're not satisfied with the program, you can request a refund within this period. After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

    How do I get a receipt for my payment?

    A receipt is automatically generated and emailed to you when your payment is processed. You can also download receipts from your account dashboard in the billing section.

    I'm having trouble logging in to the platform. What should I do?

    First, try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. If that doesn't resolve the issue, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. If problems persist, contact our technical support team.

    The videos won't play on my device. How can I fix this?

    Our videos are optimized for all modern browsers and devices. Try updating your browser, checking your internet connection, or disabling any ad-blockers or browser extensions that might interfere with video playback.

    Can I download the course materials for offline use?

    Yes, all PDF resources and worksheets can be downloaded for offline use. Videos are available for streaming only to protect intellectual property, but you can access them on any device with an internet connection.

    What are the system requirements for the learning platform?

    Our platform works on any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and is fully responsive for mobile devices. We recommend a stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps for optimal video streaming quality.

  • Certificates & Completion

    How do I earn my certificate of completion?

    To earn your certificate, you must complete all required modules and assessments with a minimum score of 70% on each assessment. Completion status is tracked automatically in your learning dashboard.

    When will I receive my certificate?

    Certificates are issued automatically within 48 hours of completing all program requirements. You'll receive an email notification when your certificate is ready, and you can download it directly from your dashboard.

    Is the certificate accredited?

    Our certificate demonstrates your completion of a comprehensive educational program but is not formally accredited by educational authorities. It is recognized by many employers as evidence of your commitment to financial education.

    Can I add the certificate to my LinkedIn profile?

    Yes, you can add your certificate to your LinkedIn profile under the "Licenses & Certifications" section. The certificate includes a unique verification code that can be used to verify its authenticity.
